Crowdsourced benchmarking
Crowdsourced performance optimization and benchmarking.
Every competitor runs the same task on their own device — laptop, workstation, or cluster — measures their optimized code against the shipped baseline, and submits the results. hpcbench ranks speedups from the crowd, all verified on real hardware by the people who ran them.

How hpcbench works
1
Pick a competition
Browse the task, read the fixed main.cpp harness, and start from the published baseline code.
2
Edit solution.cpp
Write your version in the browser editor. Only the timed region inside the fixed harness counts.
3
Submit and it runs itself
Submitting an entry compiles and measures it right in your browser tab, then hpcbench checks correctness against the baseline.
